Hi, I’m Alayna! I’m a Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW). I have had the privilege of working with passionate individuals and organizations to help special needs individuals reach their full potential for as long as I can remember.
Growing up in rural Alberta, I learned the importance of family, found inspiration in nature, and discovered along the way that I love working with animals and people.
My heart is rooted in family. I am a mom to two busy little boys and spend much of my free time with them and my amazing, supportive husband.

My background in primary care and as a mental health lead has shown me that we must accept each person for who they are and where they are in life without judgment and embrace their strengths to help them grow.
My passion for what I do comes from my heart.Time and time again, I am humbled and inspired by the families I work with and the unique challenges they face, and I know that I am a part of something bigger than me.
