Our Story
At Your Way Support Services, family has always been at the heart of what we do. For over 30 years, we have supported individuals and families across Alberta with care that is personal, compassionate, and rooted in respect.
We believe every person has unique strengths and potential. That is why we take the time to truly listen, understand each family’s needs, and provide support in a way that feels right for them. Our goal has always been to create an environment where individuals feel included, empowered, and encouraged to grow.
What began as a vision for more family-focused support has grown into a trusted organization built on connection, community, and care.
Alayna (MSW RSW) and the team bring together a wide range of experience in social work, education, health care, and support services, all with a shared commitment to helping people build meaningful, supported lives.

Initial In-Person Meeting
We meet in person to discuss your goals, vision, and needs.
