We offer the following range of child care services based on the unique needs of your family:

Your Way Support Services is dedicated to providing support in Rural Alberta. We do provide services in larger urban areas as well Please reach out to us to see if we can support the area you are in.
Please email us at www.yourwaysupport.com and or email us at admin@yourwaysupport.com and fill out our initial intake questionnaire.
We start with an initial intake email to gather basic information that helps us understand your family’s request. From there we schedule an in-person meeting to ensure we are the right fit for your family. At this time, we also share additional paperwork that is required to be completed before services are scheduled. Once all the above is completed we assign team members to your family and get services started.
Service start dates typically start within 2 weeks on intake, however there are circumstances that affect our ability to get going. Some of those include our staffing availability, paperwork delays, holidays etc. Please note that some programs are in high demand, and there may be a wait-list. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Your Way Support Services is a formal business partner with the Government of Alberta, we support FSCD, PDD and PDD FMSA and SFP contracts. We require your contract to be active and up to date in billing for services to begin.

We do offer private services; our rates remain consistent with our GOA vendor agreement and at this time we do not offer alternative rates and or subsidies for private services.

At times there are costs and parent portions required as outlined in the contract. For 24-hour respite support, families are billed a portion of food costs, along with a standardized fee for recreational activities. Receipts for all activities and outings will be provided for transparency. During respite, work-related, or extraordinary childcare and community support, activity fees may apply. Families are required to cover the upfront costs for both their child and the support worker. However, families are not responsible for covering staff snacks or meals during outings.
We understand life happened, however as a business we are required by the Labour law to pay our employees for their scheduled shift. Your Way Support services require a MINIMUM of 48-72 hours for services to be canceled.

If your contract is not active, we can not begin services.

If you have outstanding balances owed, we can not provide services.

If you do not submit all require paperwork

Staff undergo the following training:

  • First Aid/CPR
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI)
  • A variety of additional special training focusing on the needs of the people we support.
  • Staff required to administer medications are certified in Medication Administration.
