Thank you for your inquiry. As we begin, please provide us with a few additional pieces of information.
We initially start the intake process with a scheduled phone call to ensure we offer the type of support your family is looking for. After the initial phone call we schedule an in-person intake meeting, which will take approximately 60 minutes. We do bill a minimum of 1-3 hours for an in-person intake meeting and will require a copy of an active contract beforehand.
We think it is important to be transparent with the difficulties all companies are facing due to staffing shortages. It is important to note that from the time of intake to the time of ‘action’ we may be required to ‘staff up’ and expand. At times this process may take longer than we expect, however we are dedicated to those families who choose us and do our best to get going as soon as possible.
As an agency we are required to pay a minimum of three hours staffing. For example, many contracts will have 5 hours per month, with that specific example Your Way Support Services is currently only able to offer one 5-hour shift per month.
We require confirmation and the balance of Hours in your contract provided directly from your FSCD case worker. If you feel Your way Support Services is a good fit for your family, we require an addendum to be completed in your active contract to list us as the agency.
We require all families to download and use our company communication and information portal/app. This is our primary source of communication with all active families.
